Shipping & Returns
We can ship to almost any address in the world. When you place an order, your shipping and delivery dates can be estimated, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates are either weight-based or dimensional (lighter items). The shipping weight of an item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the carriers we use, all weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound. We do our best to ensure a full inventory which means your order can usually ship within one business day.
The shipping cost shown for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay if that item was shipped by itself. Orders including more than one item typically costs less than the sum of the individual shipping charges, therefore your total shipping cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart at the checkout. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped.

Shipments to North American destinations are usually sent by UPS Ground unless another method is desired. This will have your order delivered within 5 - 6 business days. We can upgrade your shipment to 2nd Day Air or Overnight if you need it sooner. Outside North America, shipments are sent by the most efficient carrier for the destination country. We co-ordinate orders with a number of shippers. Each carrier has their specialty, from small packages to larger shipments. Shipping methods are selected by determining the available delivery time, order size and specific delivery needs of the recipient. You can return most new, un-used items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You can expect your refund to be issued promptly, once we have received the returned items. It will be issued by the same method as the original payment method.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
